Abstract
U ovom radu dana je teorijska osnova o hvataljkama, te njihovoj primjeni u robotici. Nadalje, rad se fokusira na različite vrste hvataljki, njihovu svrhu i primjenu u različitim industrijama. Hvataljke su ključna komponenta u automatizaciji procesa kao što su montaža, manipulacija predmetima, i ostalo. Objašnjeni su različiti načini hvatanja predmeta, uključujući stezanje, hvatanje silom, lijepljenje i ingresiju, te je prikazan statički proračun dvoprstne, troprstne i vakuumske hvataljke. Rad ima i praktični dio gdje je rješenje problema hvatanja predmeta rada malih dimenzija i osjetljivog materijala, riješeno pomoću tri vrste hvataljki.
Abstract (english)
In this work, a theoretical foundation for grippers and their application in robotics is presented. Furthermore, the paper focuses on different types of grippers, their purpose, and their use in various industries. Grippers are a key component in the automation of processes such as assembly, object manipulation, and more. Various methods of object grasping are explained, including gripping, forceful grasping, adhesive and insertive methods, and a static analysis of two-fingered, three-fingered, and vacuum grippers is presented. The paper also includes a practical section where the problem of handling small-sized and sensitive materials is addressed, solved using three types of grippers.
