Abstract

U ovom radu istražena je mogućnost uporabe otpadnog praha aluminijevog oksida umješavanjem u dio novog keramičkog praha. Sekundarni, tj. otpadni keramički prah nastaje strojnom obradom sirovca kod tvorničke proizvodnje keramike. Navedeni prah ne zagađuje okoliš, no veliki problem je u njegovoj nerazgradivosti. U ovom radu je za masene udjele otpadnog praha u ukupnoj masi keramičkog praha u iznosima od 30, 45 i 60 % ispitan utjecaj aditiva, trgovačkog naziva Tiron, na stabilnost pripremljenih vodenih suspenzija. Vodena Al₂O₃ suspenzija je homogenizirana mljevenjem u planetarnom kugličnom mlinu. Stabilnim vodenim suspenzijama ispitana su reološka svojstva te uz dodatak Tirona, određivana je optimalna vrijednost prividne viskoznosti.

Abstract (english)

This Bachelor thesis explores the possibility of using aluminium oxide waste powder by mixing it into a portion of a new ceramic powder. Secondary, i.e. waste ceramic powder, is produced by machining the raw material in the factory production of ceramics. The secondary powder does not pollute the environment, but the big breakthrough is its degradability. In this thesis, the effect of an additive, called Tiron, of 30, 45 and 60% by weight of waste powder in the total weight of ceramic powder, was examined for the stability of the prepared aqueous suspensions of additives. The aqueous Al₂O₃ suspension was homogenized by milling in a planetary ball mill. Stable aqueous suspensions were tested to their rheological properties and, with the addition of Tiron, obtained the optimum apparent viscosity value.
