Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu objašnjeno je zašto je baš vodik aktualan u energetskoj tranziciji i zašto se
kod distribucije medija javljaju značajni problemi na područja zona zavarenih spojeva.
Objašnjeni su njegovi mehanizmi djelovanja za zonu zavarenog spoja te kritične
mikrostrukture. Prikazati su čelici za izgradnju cjevovoda prema zahtjevima norme API 5L s
naglaskom na čelik X70 koji se najviše koristi te je dan pregled automatskih postupaka
zavarivanja.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu na temelju mehaničkim karakteristika zavarenog spoja načinjenog
postupkom 135 automatskim zavarivanjem na cijevi D406,4x25 mm ocjenjena je prikladnost
tehnologije za transport vodika. Posebno su analizirane tvrdoća i makrostruktura spoja te je na
kraju dana preporuka o prilagodbi postojeće tehnologije za tzv. „hydrogen ready“ cjevovodne
sustave.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part, the relevance of hydrogen in the energy transition is explained, along
with significant challenges in the distribution of the media in the areas of welded joints. The
operating mechanisms for the welded joint zone and critical microstructures are elucidated.
Steels for pipeline construction according to API 5L standards are presented, with a focus on
X70 steel which is most commonly used, along with an overview of automatic welding
procedures.
In the experimental section, based on the mechanical characteristics of a welded joint made by
the automatic welding process 135 on a pipe of D406.4x25 mm, the suitability of the technology
for hydrogen transport is evaluated. The joint's hardness and macrostructure are specifically
analyzed, and recommendations for adapting the existing technology for "hydrogen-ready"
pipeline systems are provided.
