Abstract
Pogonsko vratilo s homokinetičkim zglobom je spoj dizajniran za prijenos ravnomjerne snage kroz širok raspon kutova uz minimalno trenje i unutarnju zračnost. Pogonska vratila imaju dva zgloba na oba kraja vratila koja omogućuju okretanje kotača, dok dopuštaju da se ovjes prilagođava neravninama i da se prednji kotači okreću lijevo i desno. U radu je opisan pogonski sustav i njegovi dijelovi, te najčešći materijali i uzroci kvarova pogonskih vratila s homokinetičkim zglobom. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada analiziran je uzrok kvara pogonskog vratila.
Abstract (english)
A drive shaft with a constant velocity joint is a connection designed to transmit consistent power across a wide range of angles with minimal friction and internal clearance. Drive shafts have two joints at both ends of the shaft that allow the wheels to turn while enabling the suspension to articulate over uneven terrain and allowing the front wheels to steer left and right. This work describes the drivetrain system and its components, as well as the most common materials and causes of failures in drive shafts with constant velocity joints. The experimental section of the work analyzes the cause of failure of the driveshaft.
