Abstract

Kako bi se moglo utvrditi što dovodi do kvara lanaca kod lančanog prijenosa, potrebno ih je podvrgnuti ispitivanjima pod različitim opterećenjima i uvjetima. Česti problemi koji se javljaju su nečistoće i prašina koji se nalaze u okolišu, a koji se nakupljaju na lancima. Pregledom literature i postojećih sličnih uređaja za laboratorijsko ispitivanje nastala su tri koncepta te je odabran najoptimalniji. Idejno rješenje uređaja za laboratorijsko ispitivanje osmišljeno je da zadovoljava potrebe ispitivanja lanca stepenica pokretnih stepenica električki zatvorenim tokom snage. Kroz razrađen proračun napravljen je model i tehnička dokumentacija. Uređaj je modularan te je moguća prilagodljivost sustava potrebama za ispitivanje različitih lanaca.

Abstract (english)

In order to be able to determine what leads to chain failure in chain transmission, it is necessary to subject them to tests under different loads and conditions. Frequent problems that occur are impurities and dust in the environment, which accumulate on the chains. After reviewing the literature and existing similar devices for laboratory testing, three concepts were created and the most optimal one was selected. The conceptual solution of the device for laboratory testing is designed to meet the needs of testing step chain of an escalator with electrically closed loop. A model and technical documentation were made through an elaborate calculation. The device is modular, so it is possible to adapt the system to the needs for testing different chains.
