Abstract

U ovom radu konstruiran je sigurnosni sef. U uvodnom dijelu dan je općeniti opis sigurnosnog sefa te pregled tipova sefa koji se koriste te materijali korišteni za izradu sefova. Nadalje dan je pregled i opis sigurnosnih brava koje služe za zaključavanje sigurnosnih sefova. Dan je i pregled i opis različitih mehanizama koji se nalaze u vratima sigurnosnih sefova i koji služe za pokretanje glavnog mehanizma za pomicanje zasuna. Nakon pregleda tržišta, generirani su koncepti mehanizma za pokretanje zasuna, od kojih je odabran jedan s kojim se išlo u daljnju konstrukcijsku razradu. U konstrukcijskoj razradi definirani su svi dijelovi sigurnosnog sefa, od tijela do vrata i mehanizma za pokretanje zasuna. Odabrani su materijali korišteni za izradu sefa i sigurnosne brave koje služe za zaključavanje sefa. Na kraju proveden je približni proračun sile koju bi sef mogao izdržati. Svi CAD modeli i tehnička dokumentacija izrađeni su u programskom paketu SOLIDWORKS.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, a safe is designed. In the introductory part, a general description of the safe is given, as well as an overview of types of safes used and the materials used to make the safes. Furthermore, an overview and description of security locks that are used to lock safes is given. An overview and description of the various mechanisms that are found in the doors of safes and that serve to actuate the main mechanism for moving the boltwork is also given. After reviewing the market, concepts of bolt actuation mechanisms were generated, of which one was selected and was used for further design development. All parts of the safe, from the body to the door and the mechanism for moving the boltwork, are defined in the design work. Materials that are used to make the safe and the safety locks used to lock the safe were selected. At the end, an approximate calculation of the force that the safe could withstand was carried out. All CAD models and technical documentation were created in the SOLIDWORKS software package.
