Abstract

Zadatak rada je koncepcija nosive strukture vozila s gledišta otpornosti na sudare. Prije koncipiranja same nosive strukture, napravljena je analiza karakterističnih simulacija sudara, pregled karakterističnih stvarnih rješenja nosive strukture vozila, materijala i načina povezivanja elemenata nosive strukture vozila. Temeljem provedenih analiza krenulo se u koncepcijsku razradu nosive strukture vozila. Koncepcijska razrada je u radu detaljno prikazana i objašnjena segment po segment nosive strukture. Sama nosiva struktura koncipirana je tako da bi trebala omogućiti apsorbiranje energije sudara s povoljnim tokom sila kroz elemente nosive strukture vozila i u konačnici zaštitu putnika u vozilu prilikom sudara.

Abstract (english)

The goal of this thesis is development of a body in white strucutre, while putting great
focus on crash protection. Before the development, an overview of the usual crash simulations,
real examples of car body structures, used materials and connecting methods has been
conducted. After the overview, a conceptual development of body in white has been made.
Development process has been detaily showed and described for each segment of the body
structure. The body in white is designed to enable crash energy absorbtion with efficient load
path through the elements of body in white, to ensure adequate protection of the occupants.
