Abstract

Ovaj rad temelji se na mehaničkim svojstvima sendvič konstrukcija. Dan je uvid u konstituente
koji čine sendvič konstrukciju i način konstruiranja u svrhu dobivanja svojstava na koja se
zahtjev postavlja ovisno o primjeni. Opisane su svojstvene uloge pojedine komponente i kojim
se ispitivanjima podnašaju. Prema tome je dan i pregled normi koje se koriste za dobivanje
mehaničkih svojstava sendvič konstrukcija. Dobivene su dvije različite sendvič konstrukcije s
korama i jezgrama različitih... More debljina, kao i odgovarajuće kore odvojeno. Kore su ispitane
rastezno i određen je udio vlakana u polimernoj matrici. Rezultati ukazuju na povećanje
rastezne čvrstoće kompozita s porastom njegove debljine. Sendviči su ispitani savojno te je
utvrđeno da debljina jezgre znatno utječe na njezinu smičnu čvrstoću. Korišten je računalni
program za lakše korištenje norme ASTM C393/C393M za usporedbu rezultata s ispitivanja
mehaničkih svojstava. Program je dao preporučene debljine kora i jezgre za optimalna svojstva
dobivenih sendviča. Less

Abstract (english)

This work is based on mechanical properties of sandwich constructions. An inspection has been
made into the constituents from which a sandwich construction is made from. Construction with
an intention of designing needed properties for a specific application was also considered.
Specific roles of individual components were described as were the testings which they are
submitted to. An overview of the standards applied in testing of mechanical properties of
sandwich constructions has... More been made as well. Two sandwich panels and seperate facings, each
of different thickness were tested. The facings underwent a tensile test along with determination
of glass fiber content in the polimer matrix. The results indicate an increase in tensile strength
of the composite with the rise of it's thickness. The sandwich constructions underwent flexural
testing which determined that the shear strength of the core is drastically influenced by it's
thickness. A computer program for easier use of the ASTM C393/C393M standard was used
for comparation of the mechanical properties testing results. The program has calculated the
recommended thicknesses of facings and the core of each individual sandwich. Less
