Abstract

Ovaj diplomski rad opisuje konstrukcijsku razradu uređaja za vlačno ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstva (kidalice) 3D ispisanih materijala. Na početku je sažeta teorijska osnova vlačnog ispitivanja plastike i ostalih materijala te opisani najčešće korišteni materijali za 3D ispisivanje. Zatim je analizirano nekoliko postojećih proizvoda na tržištu prema kojima su definirane osnovne komponente i podsustavi svake kidalice. Analizirana su moguća rješenja svakog zasebnog podsustava i odabrana najoptimalnija. U dijelu koji opisuje konstrukcijsku razradu su prikazani proračuni najkritičnijih dijelova i svojstva odabranih kupovnih komponenti te konačno konstrukcijsko rješenje. U prilogu na kraju rada se nalazi tehnička dokumentacija.

Abstract (english)

This master thesis describes a construction development of the tensile testing machine for 3D printed materials. After the introduction, theoretical basis of the tensile test of plastic and other materials is described along with the most commonly used materials for 3D printing. After that, a few existing products are analyzed in order to define the basic components of every tensile testing machine. In the next step, solutions for components and their combinations are discussed and the best are chosen. In the next chapter, calculations of the most critical parts are shown along with the final design of the tensile testing machine. Technical documentation can be found in the appendix.
