Abstract

Diplomski rad sastoji se od ispitivanja nitrokarburiranih metrijskih vijaka. Rad je podijeljen na eksperimentalni i teorijski dio. U prvom, teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su različiti postupci nitrokarburiranja te geometrija metrijskog navoja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada ispitane su različite veličine metrijskog navoja s različitim trajanjem nitrokarburiranja. Uzorci su obrađivani TENIFER postupkom, odnosno nitrokarburiranjem u solnoj kupki. Uzeti su uzorci veličina M3, M4, i M5 te je na svakom uzorku provedeno različito trajanje nitiranja (2, 4, 6 sati). Na svih 9 uzoraka provedena su ispitivanja: tvrdoće, mikrostrukture, kemijskog sastava. Kao posebno ispitivanje provedeno je određivanje sile pri kojoj puca pojedini navoj zbog mogućeg pronitriranja navoja (navoj pronitriran cijelim volumenom). Nakon provedenih ispitivanja može se zaključiti kako postupkom TENIFER pri porastu vremena nitriranja dolazi do povećanja debljine sloja te porasta tvrdoće u površinskom sloju. Uz pomoć metalografske analize određena je struktura te približno određena efektivna dubina nitriranog sloja.

Abstract (english)

The thesis consists of the examination of nitrocarburized metric screws. The work is divided into an experimental and a theoretical part. In the first, theoretical part, different methods of nitrocarburizing and the geometry of the metric thread are described. In the experimental part of the work, different sizes of metric thread with different duration of nitrocarburizing were tested. The samples were processed using the TENIFER method, i.e. nitrocarburizing in a salt bath. Samples of sizes M3, M4, and M5 were taken, and each sample was threaded for a different duration (2, 4, 6 hours). Tests were conducted on all 9 samples: hardness, microstructure, chemical composition. As a special test, the force at which an individual thread breaks due to possible nitriding of the thread (thread nitrided throughout the entire volume) was determined. After the tests, it can be concluded that with the TENIFER process, as the nitriding time increases, the thickness of the layer increases and the hardness of the surface layer increases. With the help of metallographic analysis, the structure and approximate effective depth of the nitrided layer were determined.
