Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu obrađuje se tema izrade uređaja za poluautomatsko punjenje ambalaže s naglaskom na vinske butelje. Punjenje nije potpuno automatsko zato što operater uređaja ručno postavlja praznu ambalažu na uređaj i uklanja je nakon što je postupak punjenja završen. Dio koji je automatiziran je punjenje ambalaže tekućinom, nadzor volumena koji je napunjen, te prekid punjenja kad je dosegnut željeni volumen. Uz to instaliran je sustav praćenja prisutnosti ambalaže na uređaju pomoću senzora položaja kako bi se izbjeglo izvršavanje operacije bez ulijevanja. Pored velikih vinarija koje koriste opremu i uređaje s visokim stupnjem automatizacije, postoje i manji proizvođači kojima takve investicije u proizvodnji nisu isplative i potrebne, ali i kod njih postoji potreba za ubrzavanjem procesa proizvodnje. Opisano rješenje namijenjeno je za primjenu u manjim vinarijama, ili u obrtima gdje postoji slična potreba, gdje proizvodni kapaciteti nisu dovoljno velikog opsega za nabavu industrijske opreme za tu operaciju u procesu proizvodnje. Takvih vinarija i obiteljskih poljoprivrednih gospodarstva u Hrvatskoj ima velik broj, što znači da postoji i potražnja za uređajima takvog tipa na tržištu.

Abstract (english)

This thesis approaches the topic of creating a device for semi-automatic filling of packaging, with an emphasis on wine bottles. The filling is not fully automatic because the device operator is expected to manually place the empty packaging on the device and remove it after the filling process is complete. The part which is fully automated is filling the packaging with liquid, monitoring the volume that gets filled, and discontinuing the filling when the desired volume is reached. In addition, a system of monitoring the presence of packaging on the device is installed using a position sensor. The system is intended to avoid performing the operation without pouring. In addition to large wineries that use equipment and devices with a high degree of automation, there are smaller producers for whom such investments in production are costly and needless. They could however benefit from speeding up the production process. The described solution is intended for use in smaller wineries, or in crafts where there is a similar need, where production capacities are not large enough to acquire industrial equipment for that operation in the production process. There are a great deal of such wineries and family farms in Croatia, which means that there is a demand for devices of this type on the market.
