Abstract

Tema ovog diplomskog rada je razvoj stroja za namatanje izolacijskih kapa transformatora za tvrtku Končar D&ST. Zbog zastarjelog starog stroja koji je obavljao tu funkciju, potrebno je osmisliti novo rješenje koje bi u potpunosti zamijenilo postojeće. Uvodni dio započinje općenitim dijelom o transformatorima, izolaciji transformatora i kapama kao dijelovima izolacije. Nakon toga se opisuje postojeći stroj kako bi se stekao uvid u karakteristike i poteškoće na koje se nailazi. Zatim se istražuje tržište kako bi se pronašla slična rješenja ili rješenja slična za pojedine funkcije koje stroj mora ispunjavati. Funkcijska dekompozicija i morfološka matrica su napravljene nakon toga kako bi se spoznale sve funkcije koje uređaj mora imati i potencijalna rješenja tih funkcija. To je omogućilo izrađivanje koncepata koji su se evaluirali i nakon toga je odabran jedan koncept s kojim se krenulo u konstrukcijsku razradu. Kroz konstrukcijsku razradu napravljen je kontrolni proračun nekih dijelova prema kojima se izradio model uređaja. Sve je završeno izradom tehničke dokumentacije za ovaj stroj.

Abstract (english)

The subject of this diploma thesis is development of transformer angle caps (rings) winding machine for company Končar D&ST. Current machine is outdated so there is a need for a new solution which would completely change current machine. This diploma thesis starts with explaining of transformers, transformer insulation and angle caps as parts of the transformer insulation. After that, current machine is described in detail to find out what characteristics should new machine have and what are the diffiuculties. Then it was necessary to research the market to see if there is any similar machines or machines which would solve some functions. After that, functional decomposition and morfological chart was made so that is possible to see every function machine should have and possible solutions for this functions. After all of that, it was possible to start with generation of multiple concepts which were evaluated. One concept was chosen for design process in which control analysis and production of technical documentation was made.
