Abstract

Ovaj rad bavi se projektiranjem i izradom pneumatski pogonjenih invalidskih kolica. Tako projektirana invalidska kolica imala bi mogućnost podizanja pacijenata u ležećem položaju do visine bolničkog kreveta te jednostavnim transferom premjestiti ih na krevet. Na početku će biti objašnjeni osnovni pojmovi mehatronike i mehatroničkih sustava te pojam medicinske robotike. Nadalje, bit će prikazani CAD modeli konstruirani u programskom paketu Solidworks te njihova izrada, spajanje u jedinstvenu cjelinu te međusobno funkcioniranje dijelova. Objasnit će se rad i primjena pneumatskih sustava, izazovi te prednosti koje se javljaju pri njihovom korištenju. Opisat će se sastavni dijelovi korištenog pneumatskog sustava te njihova funkcija, upravljački elektronički sustav te njegova funkcija i zajednička funkcionalnost ta dva sustava. Na kraju će se opisati ukupan rad sustava i konačan izgled projektiranih invalidskih kolica.

Abstract (english)

In this paper we examine the desing and manufacture of pneumatically powered wheelchair. A wheelchair designed in this way would have the ability to lift patients, in a lying position, to the height of a hospital bed and move them onto the bed with a simple transfer. At the beginning the basic concepts of mechatronics, mechatronics systems and concept of medical robotics will be explained. Furthermore, CAD models designed in Solidworks software package will be shown, as well as their production, connecting into one single unit and the joint action of those parts. The operation and application of pneumatic systems will be explained, also pros and cons of using pneumatic systems. Used parts of the pneumatic system and their function, controlling electronic system and its function and common functionality of those two systems will be described. At the end the overall operation of the system will be explained and final look of designed invalid wheelchair will be presented.
