Abstract

U okviru ovog rada najviše će se govoriti o prijenosnim etalonima sile koji služe za umjeravanje sustava za mjerenje sile. Pri umjeravanju prijenosnih etalona sile postoji čitav niz izvora nesigurnosti, a jedan od njih je i brzina opterećivanja. U ovom završnom radu pokazan je utjecaj brzine opterećivanja na rezultate umjeravanja prijenosnog etalona sile. Bitno je da se umjeravanje sustava za mjerenje sile (npr. kidalice) provede prijenosnim etalonima što veće klase točnosti, jer oni osiguravaju mjernu sljedivost prema nacionalnom etalonu sile, a rezultat toga će biti mjerenja velike preciznosti i točnosti sustava za mjerenje sile.
U teorijskom dijelu dan je opis sile kao vektorske veličine, postupci mjerenja sile te mjerna sljedivost sile. Detaljno je opisana i napravljena podjela prijenosnih etalona prema izvedbi, odnosno načinu na koji se detektira primijenjena sila koja se zatim pretvara u drugi oblik izlazne veličine koja se očitava.
Eksperimentalni dio proveden je u Laboratoriju za ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstva (LIMS) te su korištena dva tipa prijenosnih etalona sile, HBM Z30A i AEP TCE – TM, oba nazivnih vrijednosti 10 kN. Dinamometar HBM Z30A odabran je kao referentni etalon, a dinamometar AEP TCE – TM je umjeravani etalon. Umjeravanje je provedeno s dvije brzine s kontinuiranim prirastom sile, a rezultati umjeravanja su uspoređeni s rezultatima umjeravanja po normi HRN EN ISO 376:2012. Na kraju su analizirani dobiveni rezultati i dani su određeni zaključci.

Abstract (english)

When calibrating portable force standards, there are a number of sources of uncertainty, and one of them is the loading speed. In this final paper, the influence of loading speed on the results of calibration of the portable force standard was demonstrated. It is essential that the calibration of the force measuring system (e.g. tear-off device) is carried out with portable standards of the highest possible accuracy class, because they ensure measurement traceability according to the national force standard, and the result will be measurements of high precision and accuracy of the force measuring system.
In the theoretical part, force is described as a vector quantity, force measurement procedures, and force measurement traceability. It is described in detail and the division of portable standards according to the design, i.e. the way in which the applied force is detected, which is then converted into another form of the output quantity that is read, is made.
The experimental part was carried out in the Laboratory for Testing Mechanical Properties (LIMS) and two types of portable force standards were used, HBM Z30A and AEP TCE – TM, both nominal values of 10 kN. The HBM Z30A transducer was chosen as the reference standard, and the AEP TCE-TM transducer was the moderate standard. Calibration was carried out at two speeds with a continuous increase in force, and the calibration results were compared with the calibration results according to HRN EN ISO 376:2012. At the end, the obtained results were analyzed and certain conclusions were given.
