Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu ispitat će se utjecaj parametara toplinske obrade i plazma potpomognutog nitriranja na tvrdoću i korozijsku otpornost martenzitnog nehrđajućeg čelika X90CrMoV18. Pomoću ispitivanja tvrdoće prema Vickersu HV1 i HV0.1 ispitana je površinska tvrdoća navedenog čelika. Također, ispitana je korozijska otpornost pomoću elektrokemijskih ispitivanja mjerenja potencijala otvorenog kruga, metode linearne polarizacije i metode cikličke polarizacije. Na martenzitnom nehrđajućem čeliku X90CrMoV18 određena je mikrostruktura i efektivna dubina nitriranog sloja. Pomoću rezultata ispitivanja mogu se utvrditi parametri za dobivanje najveće tvrdoće i odlične korozijske postojanosti martenzitnog nehrđajućeg čelika X90CrMoV18.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the influence of heat treatment parameters and plasma-assisted nitriding on the hardness and corrosion resistance of martensitic stainless steel X90CrMoV18 will be examined. The surface hardness of the specified steel was tested using hardness tests according to Vickers HV1 and HV0.1. Corrosion resistance was also assessed using electrochemical tests measuring the open circuit potential, the linear polarization method, and the cyclic polarization method. The microstructure and effective depth of the nitride layer were determined on martensitic stainless steel X90CrMoV18. Using the test results, the parameters for obtaining the highest hardness and excellent corrosion resistance of martensitic stainless steel X90CrMoV18 can be determined.
