Abstract

Tijekom eksploatacije pojedinih konstrukcijskih dijelova može doći zbog eksploatacijskih uvjeta do pojave oštećenja materijala koji mogu uzrokovati havarije te konstrukcije. Stoga je bitno u određenim vremenskim periodima provoditi određene kontrole stanja materijala konstrukcije. U ovom radu je provedena analiza stanja materijala konstrukcijske cijevi koja je bila 20 godina u eksploataciji izložena morskim uvjetima. Cijev je, prema navodima proizvođača, proizvedena od konstrukcijskog čelika S355 koji je jedan od standardnih konstrukcijskih materijala. U teoretskom dijelu je dan opis konstrucijskih čelika te metode karakterizacije materijala. U eksperimentalnom dijelu su provedena mehnička ispitivanja, kemijska i metalografksa ispitivanja, dinamička ispitivanja te djelomično fraktrografska ispitivanja. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata su dani određeni zaključci.

Abstract (english)

During the exploitation of certain structural parts, due to the exploitation conditions, damage to the material can occur and result in breakdown of the structure. Therefore, it is important to carry out certain checks on the condition of construction materials in certain periods of time. In this paper, an analysis of the condition of construction pipe materials was performed, which was in operation for 20 years exposed to marine conditions. According to the manufacturer, the pipe is made of S355 structural steel, which is one of the standard construction materials. In the theoretical part, a description of structural steels and methods of material characterization are given. In the experimental part, mechanical tests, chemical and metallographic tests, dynamic tests and partially fractrographic tests were performed. Based on the obtained results, certain conclusions are given.
