Abstract
Mehanička svojstva materijala te razvitak istih ključni su u napretku tehnologije i industrije. Tvrdoća, kao jedno od glavnih mehaničkih svojstava, ispituje se pomoću raznih metoda. Široko zastupljena metoda je metoda Rockwell koja definira tvrdoću materijala mjerenjem dubine prodiranja utiskivača u materijal. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisane su glavne metode mjerenja tvrdoće, a naglasak je na mjerenju Rockwell metodom. Opisan je postupak umjeravanja referentnog tvrdomjera pomoću direktne i indirektne metode prema normi HRN EN ISO 6508- 2:2015. Prikazana je važnost mjerne sljedivosti rezultata pri mjerenju tvrdoće. Eksperimentalni dio prikazao je umjeravanje referentnog etalona (tvrdomjera) INDENTEC ZHR 8150 TKT pomoću direktne i indirektne metode. Nakon ispitivanja, rezultati su analizirani i dobiven je zaključak.
Abstract (english)
The mechanical properties of materials and their development are very important for the progress of technology and the industry. Hardness, as one of the main mechanical properties, is tested using various methods. A widely used method is the Rockwell method, which measures the depth of penetration of the indenter into the material. The theoretical part of this paper describes the main methods of measuring hardness, and the emphasis is on measuring using the Rockwell method. The procedure of calibration of a reference hardness testing machine using direct and indirect methods is described. The importance of measurement traceability of results in hardness measurement is presented. The experimental part showed the calibration of the reference hardness testing machine INDENTEC ZHR 8150 TKT using direct and indirect methods. After testing, the results were analyzed, and a conclusion was made.
