Abstract

Ideja ovog završnog rada bila je istražiti kako toplinska obrada, točnije žarenje utječe na obradivost čelika C60. U radu su detaljno objašnjeni različiti postupci žarenja, posebno sferoidizacijsko žarenje koje se najviše koristi za čelike C60. Nadalje, detaljno je objašnjena obradivost čelika s naglaskom na sile rezanja. Prikazano je kako se sile rezanja mogu analitički izračunati. U sklopu ovog rada napravljen je i eksperiment u kojem je vidljivo kako se te sile mogu eksperimentalno mjeriti. Međutim, veći je naglasak stavljen na dobivanje uvida u razlike u obradivosti niskougljičnog čelika C60, nakon što su uzorci prethodno podvrgnuti različitim toplinskim obradama. Cilj ovog rada je karakterizirati utjecaj provedenih postupaka te donijeti zaključke o njihovim utjecajima u strojnoj obradi.

Abstract (english)

The idea of this final paper was to investigate how heat treatment, more precisely annealing, affects the workability of steel C60. The paper explains in detail various annealing processes, especially spheroidization annealing, which is mostly used for steels C60. Furthermore, the machinability of steel with an emphasis on cutting forces is explained in detail. It is shown how the cutting forces can be calculated analytically. As part of this work, an experiment was made in which it is evident how these forces can be measured experimentally. However, more emphasis has been placed on gaining insight into differences in the machinability of C60 low carbon steel, after the samples have been previously subjected to various heat treatments. The aim of this paper is to characterize the impact of the performed procedures and to draw conclusions about their impacts in machining.
