Abstract

U radu je opisana konstrukcijska razrada baterijskog paketa bolida FSB Racing Teama za
Formula Student natjecanja. Kreće se od pregleda rješenja konkurentnih Formula Student
timova, postavljanjem kriterija koje baterijski paket mora zadovoljiti kako bi kao sustav bio
kompetentan i sukladan s cijelim bolidom. Nakon odabira kriterija prelazi se na odabir ćelija
koje bi bile za isti sustav optimalne. Slijedi konceptualna faza gdje se odabire između par
različitih rješenja kod kojih se na prvi pogled ne može primijetiti koje rješenje bi najbolje
odgovaralo, no nakon kratke konstrukcijske razrade ti problemi su lako uočljivi te se eliminiraju
lošija rješenja. Odabirom koncepta kreće se u detaljnu konstrukcijsku razradu baterijskog
paketa od cijelog sustava pa sve do nekih bitnih detalja na dijelovima koji su stvarali probleme
ili rješenja koja bi mogla biti budućim konstruktorima baterijskih paketa zanimljiva. Uz sve to,
pazilo se na vrijeme koje je dostupno za konstrukcijsku razradu te financije.

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the design development of the battery pack for the Formula Student car
competition of the FSB Racing Team. It starts with reviewing the solutions of leading Formula
Student teams, setting the criteria that the battery pack must meet in order to be competent and
compatible with the whole car as a system. After selecting the criteria, it is proceeded to the
selection of cells that would be optimal for the same system. The following is the conceptual
phase where it is chosen between a couple of different solutions where at first glance it isn't
easly noticable which solution would be best, but after a short design elaboration these problems
are easily noticeable and worse solutions are eliminated. By choosing a concept, it moves to a
detailed design of the battery pack from the whole system, down to some important details on
the parts that created problems or solutions that could be interesting to future designers of
battery packs. In addition, attention was paid to the time and finances available.
