Abstract

U teorijskom dijelu rada opisani su organski premazi s naglaskom na mehanizme sušenja. Detaljno je opisana metoda sušenja infracrvenim zračenjem pri čemu su prikazane prednosti i nedostaci te primjeri primjene. Provedena su mehanička ispitivanja i ispitivanja korozijske otpornosti na cinkom bogatom temljenom premazu Hempadur Avantguard 770 i dvokomponentnoj epoksidnoj boji s cinkovim fosfatom Hempadur 15553. Premazi su osušeni na zraku i IC zračenjem. Na temelju dobivenih rezultata doneseni su zaključci o ponašanju svojstava s obzirom na način sušenja.

Abstract (english)

In the theoretical part of the paper, organic coatings are described with emphasis on drying mechanisms. The drying method by infrared radiation is described in detail, showing the advantages and disadvantages and examples of application. Mechanical and corrosion resistance tests were performed on zinc-rich Hempadur Avantguard 770 primer and two-component epoxy paint with zinc phosphate Hempadur 15553. The coatings were air-dried and IR dried. Based on the obtained results, conclusions were made about the behavior of the properties concerning the method of drying.
