Abstract

U ovom radu analizirat će se tehnologije smanjenja mase zupčanika pri velikom utjecaju zagonskog momenta zupčanika na modul zupčanog para, ali i ostale elemente sustava koji nastaju uslijed određenih uvjeta rada. Prikazat će se ovisnost zagonskog momenta gonjenog zupčanika o odabranom rasponu vrijednosti prijenosnog omjera i modula za odabranu širinu zupčanika i broj zubi pogonskog zupčanika. Detaljno će se prikazati uobičajena konstrukcijska rješenja za smanjenje mase zupčanika te će se za odabrani slučaj prijenosa i uvjeta rada sustava dati rješenje smanjenja mase referentnog gonjenog zupčanika tog sustava postupkom obrade odvajanjem čestica i topološkom optimizacijom. Istražit će se mogućnosti komercijalno dostupnih programa za topološku optimizaciju te će u odabranom programu rezultat topološke optimizacije poslužiti za definiranje mreže čija raspodjela elemenata prati koncentraciju materijala na optimiranom dijelu zupčanika. Formirana mreža ubacit će se zatim u odabrani CAD program gdje će se napraviti model optimiranog zupčanika. U odabranom programu za analizu naprezanja metodom konačnih elemenata, napravit će se usporedba naprezanja i ukupnih pomaka referentnog zupčanika, zupčanika olakšanog obradom odvajanjem čestica te topološki optimiranog zupčanika za slučaj opterećenja koje uzrokuje najveća naprezanja u korijenu zuba.

Abstract (english)

In this paper, technologies of reducing gear mass with big influence of moment of inertia on gear module and other system elements due to certain operating conditions will be analyzed. Dependence of moment of inertia of the driven gear for selected range of gear ratio and gear module values with certain gear width and teeth number of the drive gear will be determined. Usual design solutions for reducing gear mass will be shown in detail and for selected transmission and operating conditions of the system, two solutions for reducing mass of the reference gear will be given, using metal removing operations and topology optimization. Capabilities of commercially available topology optimization software will be compared and in selected software, topology optimization solution will be used for defining a mesh whose element distribution follows the concentration of material on the optimized part of the gear. Formed mesh will then be inserted into the selected CAD software where an optimized gear will be designed. Afterwards, in the selected software for stress analysis using the finite element method, comparison of stresses and deformations occurred on reference gear, gear lightweighted using metal removing operations and topology optimized gear for the load causing the highest stress in the tooth root will be made.
