Abstract

U industrijskim objektima, trgovačkim centrima, laboratorijima i drugim objektima česta je upotreba kabelskih polica za postavljanje kabelskih trasa. Kabelske police vijčanim se spojem učvršćuju na nosače kabelskih polica, koji se zatim, u ovisnosti o tipu nosača, postavljaju na zid ili strop objekta. Nosivost nosača kabelskih polica, osim o međurazmaku između nosača i materijalu od kojeg su isti napravljeni, ovisi i o tipu nosača. Svaki od nosača deklariran je na najveću dopuštenu silu koju isti trebaju izdržati bez pucanja. Stoga je u sklopu diplomskog rada projektirano i nacrtano idejno rješenje uređaja za ispitivanje nosača kabelskih polica. Odabrana je pneumatska i električna oprema te su odabrani profili za izradu konstrukcije uređaja. Nadalje, napravljen je simulacijski model uređaja te je provedena simulacija rada uređaja prilikom ispitivanja nosača koji treba izdržati silu od 7,20 kN. Na kraju je dan okvirni troškovnik za izradu uređaja na temelju predloženog idejnog rješenja.

Abstract (english)

Cable trays are often used for planning cable routes installation in industrial facilities, shopping malls, laboratories and other buildings. Firstly, cable trays are fastened with cable tray brackets with a screw joint, which are then, depending on bracket type, placed on the wall or ceiling of object. Cable trays load capacity isn’t only dependent on the spacing between two brackets and construction material of bracket, but it also depends on bracket type. Each of the bracket is declared at the greatest force they need to withstand without rupture. Therefore, in this thesis conceptual solution of cable tray load testing device is constructed. Required pneumatic and electrical equipment together with aluminum profiles for constructing device base are selected. Further, simulation model of device is made and a simulation of the device operation during testing bracket which needs to withstand force of 7,20 kN was performed. At the end, indicative cost estimate based on conceptual solution is given.
