Abstract

Cilj u ovom radu bio je navesti i opisati postupke oblikovanja tehničke keramike. Uz odabrani prah i postupak sinteriranja, na mikrostrukturu i svojstva keramičkih proizvoda bitno utječu postupci oblikovanja. Prema tome veoma je važno prilikom konstruiranja i proizvodnje keramičkih proizvoda odabrati adekvatan postupak za oblikovanje. Bitno je da postupkom oblikovanja ne dođe stvaranja različitih gradijenata gustoće i teksture jer kod postupka sinteriranja može doći do dodatnog povećanja gradijenta pa s time dolazi deformacija i nastajanja zaostalih naprezanja u materijalu. Također, o odabiru postupka oblikovanja tehničke keramike ovisi ekonomski kriterij.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this paper was to list and describe the procedures for shaping technical ceramics. In addition to the selected powder and sintering process, the microstructure and properties of ceramic products are significantly affected by molding processes. Therefore, it is very important when designing and manufacturing ceramic products to choose an appropriate molding process.
It is important that the forming process does not create different gradients of density and texture, because the sintering process can lead to an additional increase in that gradients, which leads to deformation and the formation of residual stresses in the material. Also, the economic criterion depends on the choice of the process of shaping technical ceramics.
