Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada je konstruiranje samohodnog portalnog granika za podizanje nadogradnji na gospodarska vozila. Nadogradnja najveće dopuštene mase 1 t, ovijesi se pomoću nosive grede promjenjivih dimenzija prihvata o granik. Portalni granik ima mogućnost podešavanja visine mosta s 3,5 metara visine na 5 metara što za vrijeme transporta granika omogućava prolaz kroz vrata industrijskog pogona. U prvom dijelu rada se razmatraju konstrukcijska rješenja na tržištu te se predlažu koncepti za konstrukcijsko rješenje. Nakon odabira optimalnog rješenja, u drugom dijelu rada, slijedi detaljan proračun elemenata za prihvat tereta, mehanizma za dizanje i vožnju vitla, proračun nosive konstrukcije vitla i konstrukcije mosta, proračun lančanog mehanizma za podešavanje visine mosta, proračun nosivih elemenata portala granika i mehanizma za vožnju granika. Proračun granika je izvršen prema navedenoj literaturi. Na kraju rada se nalazi tehnička dokumentacija izrađenog CAD modela granika.

Abstract (english)

The objective of this thesis is to construct a self-propelled gantry crane for lifting vehicle upgrades onto commercial vehicles. Vehicle upgrades with the maximum permissible weight of 1 t, are suspended on a support beam of variable grip dimensions. The crane has the possibility of adjusting the height of the gantry from 3.5 meters to 5 meters, which allows the passage of the crane through the industrial hall doors during transport. In the first part of the paper, construction solutions on the market are considered and concepts for a solution are proposed. After selecting the optimal solution, in the second part of the paper, a detailed calculation of the following is made: load griping elements, winch lifting and driving mechanism, load-bearing structure of winch and bridge, chain mechanism for adjusting gantry height, bearing elements of the gantry and self-propulsion driving mechanism. The calculations were performed according to the cited literature. Technical documentation of the developed CAD model of the crane is provided at the end of the paper.
