Abstract

Cilj završnog rada je numerički simulirati postupak savijanja dva različita materijala i usporediti rezultate s proračunom sile savijanja i eksperimentalnim rezultatima savijanja oba materijala. Prethodno je objašnjena i definirana tehnologija oblikovanja deformiranjem kroz temeljne karakteristike, podjelu postupaka, opće principe i zakone oblikovanja deformiranjem. Odabrana tehnologija oblikovanja deformiranjem je savijanje koje je podijeljeno na kružno, oštro kutno, profilno savijanje te savijanje profilnim valjcima. Dan je prikaz momenata i sila savijanja koje se pojavljuju prilikom savijanja V-profila. S obzirom da program za numeričku simulaciju koristi metodu konačnih elemenata u svome radu, i taj dio je prikazan. Za numeričku simulaciju se koristio program MSC Marc Mentat SE. Proveden je eksperiment savijanja i proračun sile savijanja kako bi se usporedili rezultati s numeričkom simulacijom i komentirala odstupanja rezultata te je na temelju toga bilo moguće izvući zaključak o pouzdanosti pojedine metode.

Abstract (english)

The goal of the thesis is to numerically simulate bending process of two different materials and to compare results with calculations of bending force and experimental results. Prior to research part of the thesis, deformation forming technology was described through its basic characteristics, forming processes, main principles and laws. Chosen technology was sheet bending which was classified as roll bending, die bending, profile acute bending and roll forming. Bending forces in V-bending process were shown. Finite element method is also described because it is basis for software used in thesis. Software is called MSC Marc Mentat SE. Experiment and bending calculations were performed so that results can be compared with numerical simulation. The conclusion was based on these results.
