Abstract

U radu je opisano djelovanje opterećenja, mehanizmi trošenja i zahtjevi na svojstva
materijala za metalne klizne ležajeve. Opisane su mogućnosti toplinske obrade i prevlačenja
površine kliznog ležaja od čelika DIN 100Cr6. Provedeni su postupci prevlačenja TiN
prevlakom i TiN/TiCN prevlakom postupkom PACVD, te nitriranje u plazmi. Ispitana je
hrapavost površine, debljina i adhezivnosti prevlaka, otpornost na adhezijsko trošenje i
faktor trenja. Iz ispitivanja hrapavosti površine uočene su... More razlike u parametrima i profilima
hrapavosti ispitnih uzoraka. Izmjerena je debljina prevlaka i određena je prianjivost prevlaka.
Iz provedenih ispitivanja utvrđeno je da je kod suhog trenja i opterećenja od 98,1 N najmanje
adhezijsko trošenje ostvario tribopar „neprevučeni prsten - prsten prevučen TiCN/TiN
prevlakom“. Najmanji faktor trenja uz povećano trošenja utvrđeno je kod tribopara „ležajna
bronca -neprevučeni prsten“ pri dodiru u točci. Less

Abstract (english)

The paper describes the effects of loads, wear mechanisms and requirements on the
properties of the materials for metal plain bearings. It describes the possibilities of heat
treatment and coating of the plain bearing surface made of DIN 100Cr6 steel. The PACVD
coating procedure of TiN coating, TiN/TiCN coating and plasma nitration were performed.
The surface roughness, thickness and adhesiveness of the applied coatings and the
resistance to adhesive wear tested by the friction factor... More and the width of the wear traces
were examined. Differences in surface roughness parameters and profiles were observed
from the sufrace roughness test. The thicknesses of the coating were measured and the
quality of adhesion of the coatings was determined. From performed tests, it was
determined that at dry friction and load of 98,1 N, the lowest adhesion wear was achieved
by friction pair „uncoated ring – ring coated with TiCN/TiN coating“. The lowest friction
factor with increased wear was found in the friction pair „bearing bronze – uncoated ring“
