Abstract
Zastoji u proizvodnji svakodnevna su pojava i razlozi njihovih pojavljivanja su višestruki. Praćenje zastoja, kao i njihova prevencija, važan je zadatak u kompanijama koje su usmjerene na proizvodnju te predstavlja neiscrpan izazov za menadžere te sektor održavanja. Upravo su stručnjaci održavanja ti koji vode najveću brigu s praćenjem zastoja i nastoje smanjiti frekvenciju pojava neplaniranih kvarova i ostalih uzročnika kvarova kako bi uštedjeli vrijeme i novac svome poduzeću. U ovom radu predstavljene su brojne pogodnosti praćenja zastoja, objašnjena uloga održavanja u proizvodnji, naglašena važnost korištenja softverskih alata i dana je analiza zastoja na konkretnom primjeru.
Abstract (english)
Production downtime is an everyday phenomenon and the causes of its occurrence are multiple. Monitoring downtime, as well as preventing downtime, is an important task in production focused companies and it represents a inexhaustible challenge for the company managers and maintenance sector. It is precisely the maintenance experts who take the greatest care of keeping track of downtime and they are the ones who strive to reduce the frequency of unplanned failures and other causes of breakdown in order to save time and money for their company. This paper presents many advantages of monitoring downtime, it explains the role of maintenance in production, it highlights the importance of using software tools and there is an analysis given on a real example.
