Abstract

Ovaj završni rad je podijeljen na dva dijela, teorijski i eksperimentalni.

U teorijskom dijelu rada navedene su vrste nehrđajućih čelika, njihova mehanička svojstva, primjena, svojstva korozijske postojanosti. Nadalje su obrađeni najčešće metode zavarivanja nehrđajućih čelika i metode čišćenja površine nehrđajućih čelika. Obrade nehrđajućeg čelika negativno utječu na korozijsku otpornost nehrđajućih čelika na način da uništavaju pasivni površinski film. Površinu je potrebno naknadno obraditi (očistiti) kako bi se nehrđajućem čeliku vratila korozijska postojanost kakva je bila prije obrade. Metode čišćenja površine nehrđajućih čelika su mehanička, kemijska i elektrokemijska, u ovom radu naglasak je na mehaničkoj obradi površine nehrđajućih čelika.

U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedeno je korozijsko ispitivanje uzoraka od nehrđajućih čelika AISI 304L (EN 1.4307) i AISI 316L (EN 1.4404) različitih stanja površine. Ispitivanje je provedeno prema normi ASTM G48 te su analizirani dobiveni rezultati.

Abstract (english)

This undergraduate thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and experimental.

Theoretical part of the thesis cosists of types of stainless steels, their mechanical properties, application, corrosion resistance properties. Furthermore, it was analyzed most common welding methods for welding stainless steels and methods of surface cleaning of stainless steels. Machining of stainless steels negatively affects corrosion resistance of stainless steel by destroying a passive surface film. The surface needs to be retrofitted (cleaned) to restore corrosion resistance of stainless steel like it was before machining. The methods of surface cleaning of stainless steels are mechanical, chemical and electrochemical, emphasis of this paper is on the mechanical surface treatment of the surface of stainless steels.

In the experimental part of the work, the corrosion testing of samples of stainless steels AISI 304L (EN 1.4307) and AISI 316L (EN 1.4404) of different surface conditions was performed. The test was performed according to the ASTM G48 standard and the obtained results were analyzed.
