Abstract
U radu je ispitana otpornost na abrazijsko trošenje i adhezivnost dupleks prevlake TiN/TiCN te višeslojne TiN/TiBN prevlake dobivene postupkom PACVD (plazma aktivirano kemijsko prevlačenje iz parne faze) na visokolegiranim alatnim čelicima za hladni rad K390 MC i X155CrVMo12-1 (K110). Provedena su ispitivanja abrazijskog trošenja metodom „suhi pijesak/gumeni kotač“ prema normi ASTM G65 i adhezivnost prevlake utiskivanjem indentora prema metodi VDI 3198. Prema rezultatima ispitivanja utvrđena je veća otpornost na abrazijsko trošenja prevučenih površina.
Abstract (english)
The paper examines the abrasion resistance and adhesiveness of the duplex coating TiN/TiCN and multilayer TiN/TiBN coating obtained by PACVD (plasma activated chemical coating from the vapor phase) on high-alloy tool steels for cold work K390 MC and X155CrVMo12-1. Abrasion tests were performed using the "dry sand/rubber wheel" method according to the ASTM G65 standard and the adhesiveness of the coating by indenter indentation according to the VDI 3198 method. According to the test results, higher resistance to abrasion wear of coated surfaces was determined.
