Abstract

Izum motora s unutarnjim izgaranjem u devetnaestom stoljeću predstavljao je veliki napredak
u području tehnike. Od tada pa do danas gotovo da nema područja u kojem motori s unutarnjim
izgaranjem nisu zastupljeni bilo da se radi o benzinskom ili dizelskom motoru. Proizvodnja
poljoprivrednih strojeva omogućila je ljudima lakše, jednostavnije, brže, ali i ekonomičnije
obavljanje poslova obrade zemlje. S obzirom na težinu uvjeta rada, od strane proizvođača
propisan je vijek trajanja za vitalne dijelove motora i transmisije, odnosno broj sati pri kojima
se mora napraviti njihov remont ili zamjena. Ispitivanja u radu napravljena su na istrošenim
dijelovima traktora, odnosno napravljena je analiza istrošenosti i mikrostrukture cilindarske
košuljice, klipa i zupčanika reduktora. Cilindarska košuljica i klip zamijenjeni su pri
generalnom remontu motora zbog istrošenosti, a zupčanik reduktora oštećen je uslijed umora
materijala i preopterećenja. Na uzorcima dijelova analizirana je mikrostruktura na svjetlosnom
mikroskopu i primjenom XRF-metode dobiven je kemijski sastav materijala od kojeg su
dijelovi izrađeni. Cilj rada je prepoznati mehanizme trošenja analizirajući tragove trošenja na
dijelovima, koji su uzroci njihovog nastanka te koje mjere se mogu poduzeti za smanjenje
njihovog intenziteta.

Abstract (english)

The invention of the internal combustion engine in 19th century was a major improvement in
the field of engineering. From then on, there are almost no areas in which internal combustion
engines are not represented, whether gasoline or diesel engines. The production of agricultural
machinery made it easier, simpler, faster and more economical for people to carry out land
processing activities. Given the weight of operating conditions, the manufacturer prescribes the
life span for the vital parts of engine and transmission, that is, the number of hours during which
their overhaul or replacement must be made. The work tests were carried out on worn out parts
of the tractor, that is, an analysis of wear and microstructure of the cylinder liner, piston and
transmission gear was made. The cylinder liner and the piston were replaced during the general
engine overhaul due to wear and the transmission gear was damaged due to fatigue of materials
and overload. The microstructure of parts sample was analyzed on the light microscope and the
chemical composition of the material from which the parts were made was obtained using XRF-method.
The aim of this paper is to recognize the mechanisms of wear by analyzing the traces
of wear on parts, which are the causes of their formation and which measures can be taken to
reduce their intensity.
