Abstract

Trošenje materijala je postupni gubitak materijala koji nastaje pri dinamičkom dodiru nekog
tijela s drugim tijelom, fluidom ili česticama. Adhezijsko trošenje karakterizira naljepljivanje
jedne klizne plohe na drugu pri relativnom gibanju. Metoda „prizma po prstenu“ često se
koristi pri ispitivanju adhezijskog trošenja materijala. Uređaju koji testira uzorke metodom
„prizma po prstenu“ projektiran je i izrađen sustav za automatsko pokretanje. Sustav sadrži
brojne komponente koje su smještene u razvodnom ormaru. Mjerenje podataka vrši se
senzorom koji ih šalje na obradu akvizicijskoj kartici. Ista akvizicijska kartica upravlja cijelim
sustavom, ali za obavljanje te funkcije nužna je prilagodba signala. Tu prilagodbu
omogućavaju komponente na projektiranoj kartici s bakrenim vodovima. Također, u radu je
predstavljeno pneumatsko rješenje za unapređenje sustava koji će moći stvarati normalne sile
na uređaju

Abstract (english)

Material wear is the gradual loss of material that occurs when a body comes into dynamic contact with another body, fluid, or particles. Adhesion wear is characterized by the adhesion of one sliding surface to another during relative motion. The "block on ring" method is often used to test the adhesion wear of a material. A device for testing samples by the " block on ring " method is designed with an automatic start system. The system contains a number of components that are housed in a switch cabinet. The data is measured by a sensor that sends them for processing to the acquisition card. The same acquisition card controls the entire system, but signal adjustment is required to perform this function. This adjustment is made possible by the components on the designed PCB. Also, the paper presents a pneumatic solution for improving the system that will be able to create a normal force.
