Abstract
Cilj ovog rada je detaljnije obraditi titanij i njegove legure, opisati njihova svojstva i područje uporabe te definirati parametre anodizacije u kiselom elektrolitu. Rad se sastoji od dvije cjeline; teorijskog i eksperimentalnog dijela. U teorijskom dijelu su opisana mehanička svojstva titanija kao i njegove glavne karakteristike. Nadalje, razrađeni su legirni sustavi i postupci dobivanja titanija. Opisana je primjena titanija i njegovih legura koja ima sve širi spektar uporabe. Osim toga, spomenuta je korozijska postojanost titanija i načini elektrokemijskog korozijskog ispitivanja. Eksperimentalnim dijelom su utvrđeni optimalni parametri anodne oksidacije za titanijevu leguru oznake Ti6Al4V u kiselom elektrolitu. Ispitana je debljina, sastav i hrapavost dobivenog oksidnog sloja te je elektrokemijskim ispitivanjem utvrđeno postoji li mogućnost pojave korozije.
Abstract (english)
The aim of this paper is to process titanium and its alloys in more detail, to describe their properties and area of use, and to define the anodizing parameters in an acid electrolyte. This work consists of two parts; theoretical and experimental part. In the theoretical part, mechanical properties of titanium are described as well as its main characteristics. Futhermore, alloying system and titanium production processes are elaborated. The application of titanium and its alloys, which have an ever-widening range of uses, is described. In addition, the corrosion resistance of titanium and methods of electrochemical corrosion testing are mentioned. The experimental part determined the optimal anodic oxidation parameters for titanium alloy Ti6Al4V in an acid electrolyte. The thickness, comoposition and roughness of the obtained oxide layer were examined and it was determined by electrochemical testing whether there is a possibility of corrosion.
