Abstract
U radu je istražen integritet površine legure Ti6Al4V proizvedene pretaljivanjem snopom elektrona i obrađene odvajanjem čestica. Provedena su ispitivanja mikrotvrdoće, hrapavosti površine i analiza izgleda površine stereomikroskopijom. Ispitivanja integriteta obrađene površine potvrdila su dobru obradivost pretaljene površine odvajanjem čestica, ali ipak još nedovoljno nisku hrapavost za nanošenje tankih tvrdih prevlaka.
Abstract (english)
The thesis investigates the surface integrity of the Ti6Al4V alloy produced by electron beam melting and treated by particle separation. Examinations of microhardness, surface roughness and analysis of surface appearance by stereomicroscopy were performed. Integrity tests of the treated surface confirmed the good machinability of the remelted surface by particle separation, but still insufficiently low roughness for the application of thin hard coatings.
