Abstract
Tema završnog rada je usporedba otpornosti na abrazijsko trošenje 3D tiskanog PLA polimera. Usporedba se provodi između 3 serije uzoraka od kojih je svaka tiskana u drugom smjeru. U teorijskom djelu rada opisana je primjena PLA polimera, postupak taložnog očvršćivanja, smjerovi tiskanja i abrazijsko trošenje. U eksperimentalnom dijelu je provedeno ispitivanje otpornosti na abraziju metodom „suhi pijesak/gumeni kotač“. Ispitivanja su provedena po normi ASTM G 65 za suhi test.
Abstract (english)
The thesis deals with abrasion resistance of 3D printing PLA polymer. The comparison is made between 3 series of samples printed in a different direction. The theoretical part of the paper describes the application of PLA polymers, the process of fused deposition modeling, printing directions and abrasion wear. Abrasion resistance test were performed according to the ASTM G65 standard (dry sand/rubber wheel).
