Abstract

U ovome radu prikazana je konstrukcija naprave za doziranje smole, te naprave za dodavanje vlakana kod izrade spremnika pod tlakom postupkom kontinuiranog namatanja vlakana koje su prilagođene za primjenu s postojećim robotskim sustavima. Prikazana je i analiza postojećih rješenja koja su dostupna na tržištu. U konstrukcijskoj razradi prikazana je konstrukcija svih potrebnih elemenata naprava za doziranje smole i dodavanje vlakana. Dijelovi naprava koji su u direktnom dodiru sa staklenim vlaknima izrađeni su iz materijala otpornog na abrazijsko djelovanje, odnosno trošenje. Danim konstrukcijskim rješenjima naprava želi se postići brza i efikasna izrada spremnika pod tlakom, te brzo i jednostavno čišćenje i održavanje samih naprava.

Abstract (english)

This thesis paper presents the construction of a resin dispensing device, and a device for the addition of fibres in the production of pressurised containers by the continuous fibre winding process adapted for use with existing robotic systems. An analysis of existing solutions available on the market is also presented. In the device design elaborations the construction of all necessary elements for the resin dosing as well as for the addition of fibre is presented. Parts of devices that are in direct contact with glass fibres are made from materials resistant to abrasive activity or wear. By utilizing the design solutions provided, the device is able to achieve rapid and efficient production of pressurised containers, quick and easy cleaning and maintenance of the devices themselves.
