Abstract

Krimpanje je postupak spajanja žica i konektora koji se ostvaruje deformiranjem konektora u kojem se pojavljuju plastične deformacije. Eksperimentalno modeliranje procesa krimpanja vrlo je složeno, te je zbog toga u radu provedeno eksperimentalno modeliranje procesa deformiranja bakrenih limova. U radu je izvršeno numeričko modeliranje dinamičkih procesa deformiranja tankih bakrenih limova u programskom paketu Abaqus/CAE. Izvršeno je numeričko modeliranje tlačnog procesa deformiranja šest bakenih limova koji su u međusobnom kontaktu. Numerički model je validiran eksperimentom kod kojeg je mjerena raspodjela pomaka optičkim mjernim sustavom ARAMIS 4M i raspored temperature IR kamerom. Nakon analize rezultata primjećeno je da su poklapanja dobra, s tim da bi se točnost numeričkog modela povećala kada bi se bakreni limovi modelirali kao anizotropni. Rad je konceptualno podijeljen u dva dijela i osam poglavlja. U prvom dijelu rada dane su teorijske osnove, dok je u drugom dijelu prikazan eksperimentalni i numerički model. U prvom poglavlju dan je kratak uvod u rad, te njegov cilj. U drugom poglavlju prikazane su teorijske osnove termo-elastoplastičnog ponašanja materijala. U trećem poglavlju detaljno je prikazana mehanika plastičnog deformiranja te mehanika anizotropnih materijala. U četvrtom poglavlju objašnjene su osnove dinamičkog procesa deformiranja, te opisani korišteni konačni elementi. U petom poglavlju prikazane su teorijske osnove modeliranja kontakta. U šestom poglavlju prikazan je eksperimenalni model dinamičkog procesa deformiranja tankih bakrenih limova, dok je u sedmom poglavlju prikazano numeričko modeliranje te je dana usporedba numeričkih i eksperimentalnih rezultata.. U osmom poglavlju dan je kratak zaključak rada.

Abstract (english)

Crimping is a wire and connector connecting procedure that is achieved by deforming the connector in which the plastic deformation appears. Experimental modeling of the crimping process is very complex, which is why experimental modeling of the copper sheet deformation process was carried out. In this thesis dynamic deformation processes of thin copper sheets were numerically modelled in Abaqus/CAE. Numerical model of the compressive deformation process of six copper sheets in contact was made. Numerical model is validated by experiment in which the displacement is measured with optical measuring system ARAMIS 4M and temperature field is measured with IR camera. After analysis of the results, it was observed that the matches were good, but the accuracy of the numerical model would increase if the copper sheets were modeled as anisotropic. The thesis is divided in two parts and eight chapters. In the first part theoretical foundations are given, while in the second part experimental and numerical model is shown. In the first chapter a brief introduction and thesis aim are presented. The second chapter deals with the theoretical fundaments of thermo-elastoplastic material behaviour. Mechanics of plastic deformations and anisotropic materials are given in the third chapter. The fourth chapter explains dynamic deformation process foundations, and describes used finite elements. The fifth chapter deals with the theoretical fundaments of contact modeling. In the sixth chapter experimental model of dynamic deformation processes of thin copper sheets is shown, while in the seventh chapter numerical model and results are given. The eight chapter is brief conclusion of the thesis.
