Abstract

U ovom diplomskom radu promatran je utjecaj senzora sile na kvalitetu rezultata mjerenja. U teorijskom dijelu rada opisano je općenito značenje sile te osnove mjerenja sile. Detaljnije su opisane vrste senzora sile pri mjerenju različitih vrsta opterećenja te su navedene njihove mjerne sposobnosti. Također, dan je osvrt na zahtjeve za materijale koji se koriste za izradu deformacijskog tijela (dinamometra). U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedeno je umjeravanje deformacijskog tijela (dinamometra) prije i nakon dinamičkog opterećivanja. Umjeravanja sukladno normi HR EN ISO 376:2011 provedena su na referentnom etalonu sile u Laboratoriju za ispitivanje mehaničkih svojstava Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje. Nakon toga napravljena je karakterizacija osnovnog materijala dinamometra te izmjerena tvrdoća. Rezultati mjerenja su obrađeni i analizirani te su doneseni odgovarajući zaključci.U ovom diplomskom radu promatran je utjecaj senzora sile na kvalitetu rezultata mjerenja. Abstract (english)

In this paper, the influence of force sensors on the quality of measurement results is observed. The theoretical part of the paper describes the general meaning of force and the basics of force measurement. The types of force sensors used in measuring different types of loads were described in more detail and their measurement capabilities were listed. Also, the requirements for the materials used in the fabrication of the deformation elements were given. In the experimental part, the calibration of the deformation element was provided before and after the exposure to dynamic strain. The calibration according to HR EN ISO 376 standard was carried out on the primary force standard in the Laboratory for Testing Mechanical Properties of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. Furthermore, the characterization and the hardness level of the dynamometer base material was carried out.
