Abstract

Diplomski rad sastoji se od dva dijela: teorijskog i eksperimentalnog.
U teorijskom dijelu rada obrađene su najvažnije vrste i svojstva nehrđajućih čelika, te je detaljnije obrađena korozijska postojanost u kloridnom mediju. Opisani su najvažniji lokalni korozijski fenomeni karakteristični za austenitne nehrđajuće čelike te vrste i mehanizmi djelovanja katodne zaštite.
U eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena su korozijska ispitivanja s ciljem provjere učinkovitosti katodne zaštite narinutom strujom na sprečavanje korozijskog razaranja uzoraka austenitnih nehrđajućih čelika AISI 304L i AISI 316L u kloridnom mediju s dodatkom vodikovog peroksida te su provedena elektrokemijska korozijska ispitivanja.

Abstract (english)

The Master thesis consists of two parts: theoretical and experimental part.
The theoretical part discusses the most important types and properties of stainless steels and detaily elaborates on the corrosion resistance in chloride medium. More specifically, it covers most important local corrosion phenomena typical for austenitic stainless steels as well as types and mechanisms of cathodic protection action.
The experimental part is based on corrosion tests carried out in order to check the effectiveness of cathodic protection by an impressed current on preventing corrosion destruction of austenitic stainless steels samples AISI 304L and AISI 316L in chloride medium supplemented with hydrogen peroxide as well as electrochemical corrosion tests were performed.
