Abstract

Ovaj se rad sastoji od teorijske osnove pokretanja proizvodnje te primjera primjene računalnog programa COMFAR III. U prvom dijelu rada je prikazan pojam investicije te je povezan sa projektiranjem proizvodnog procesa i proizvodnje. Pojašnjeni su pojmovi kao što su diskontiranje, neto sadašnja vrijednost, projektiranje proizvodnog procesa i projektiranje proizvodnje. Prikazan je proces pokretanja poduzetničkog (proizvodnog) pothvata, od ideje do stavljanja proizvoda na tržište. Poseban naglasak je stavljen na predinvesticijsku studiju, te je pojašnjena njena važnost prilikom pokretanja proizvodnje. Drugi dio rada predstavlja softverski paket COMFAR III. Dan je kontekst nastanka programa kroz opis agencije UNIDO. Prikazano je radno okruženje softvera, te su opisane njegove glavne značajke. U poglavlju 6 je dan praktični primjer korištenja softvera u obliku case studyja – izrade predinvesticijske studije hipotetskog projekta proizvodnje brdskih bicikala.

Abstract (english)

This paper consists of a theoretical basis for the start-up of production and an example of
application of the computer program COMFAR III.
The first part of the paper presents the concept of investment in relation to the design of the
production process and manufacture. Concepts such as discounting, net present value, process
planning and design of production are clarified. The process of starting an entrepreneurial
(manufacturing) venture is presented, from the idea to the marketing of the product. Particular
emphasis was placed on the pre-investment study and its importance in starting production.
The second part of the paper presents the COMFAR III software. Description and brief history
of its publisher UNIDO is given. The working environment of the software is presented and its
main features are described. Chapter 6 gives a practical example of using the software in the
form of a case study - designing a pre-investment (feasibility) study of a hypothetical mountain
bike production project.
