Abstract
Tema ovog rada je projektiranje, izrada i upravljanje rotacijskog uređaja pogonjenog pneumatskim cilindrima. Rotacijski uređaj je napravljen kao nastavna maketa za demostriranje rada i upotrebe različitih tipova ventila i koristi princip klipno koljeničastog mehanizma koji pretvara translacijsko gibanje u rotacijsko s jednim stupnjem slobode gibanja. Rad se u prvom dijelu bavi projektiranjem konstrukcije sustava, koljenastog vratila, te ležajnih mjesta pomoću CAD alata, a zatim izradom navedenog. Nakon toga se opisuje sklapanje mehaničkog i energetskog sustava u cjelinu povezujući ih sa upravljačkim sustavom.
Abstract (english)
This project deals with design, production and control of rotary device driven by pneumatic cylinders. Rotary device is made as a model with educational purposes to demonstrate functions and uses of different valve types and uses principles of cranck mechanism which transforms reciprocating motion into circular with one degree of freedom. At first, project deals with design of construction, cranckshaft and bearing housings with CAD tools, then producing it. At last it deals with combining mechanical and energy system into one by incorporating them with control system.
