Abstract

U ovom radu opisan je razvoj tehnologije zavarivanja cijevi za šasiju buggy vozila. Analizirani su materijali koji se koriste pri izradi okvira te primjenjivi postupci zavarivanja tankostjenih cijevi. Prikazani su parametri postupaka zavarivanja te razlog njihove primjene pri zavarivanju okvira. Prikazane su smjernice i mogući problemi pri oblikovanju zavarenih spojeva te načini izbjegavanja gomilanja zavara. U teorijskom djelu prikazana su svojstva primjenjivih materijala te njihova zavarljivost. Ukratko su opisani TIG i MIG/MAG postupci zavarivanja. U eksperimentalnom dijelu provedena su ispitivanja izvedena na dva oblika spojeva: čeonom i kutnom spoju. Zavarivanje je izvedeno TIG postupkom te su nakon zavarivanja izrezani makro izbrusci za daljnja ispitivanja. Na makro izbruscima promatran je dobiveni zavar, njegova geometrija i provedeno je ispitivanje tvrdoće. Na kraju je provedena ekonomska analiza.

Abstract (english)

This paper describes development of the welding technology for the chassis of a buggy vehicle. The materials used for making the frame were analyzed, as well as the applicable welding techniques for thin pipes. The welding procedure parameters and the reason for their application in welding the frame are shown. Guidelines and possible problems in the design of welded joints and ways of avoiding the buildup of disturbances are outlined. In the theoretical part, the properties of applicable materials and their weldability are shown. TIG and MIG / MAG welding procedures are briefly described. In the experimental part, tests were carried out on two types of compounds: fore and corner joint. Welding was done by TIG, and after the welding, macros were cut off for further testing. The pictures of macro cut-offs were observed for the created weld, its geometry and the hardness test was performed. Finally, an economic analysis was carried out.
