Abstract

U ovom radu je eksperimentalno ispitana veza između umetka i reprezentativnog uzorka monocoque šasije bolida Formula Student. Ukratko je opisan projekt FSB Racing Team-a čiji je jedan od ciljeva konstrukcija i izrada monocoque šasije za novi bolid. Prikazane su konstrukcijske izvedbe umetaka i smjernice za konstruiranje veze između umetka i sendvič konstrukcije. Opisani su kompozitni materijali koji se koriste u izradi takve šasije te umetci koji predstavljaju vezu između ispuna sendviča i ostalih dijelova koji se spajaju na šasiju i služe za prijenos lokalnih opterećenja na nosivu konstrukciju. Statička ispitivanja s ciljem određivanja opterećenja koji dovode do narušavanja integriteta kompozitne sendvič konstrukcije provedena su na uzorcima s jezgrom od aluminijskog saća i s umetcima od aluminijske legure i brezove šperploče pri savijanju, vlačnom i tlačnom opterećenju. Polje pomaka i deformacija na mjestu spoja umetka i kompozitne sendvič strukture određeno je metodom korelacije digitalne slike pomoću optičkog mjernog sustava Aramis.

Abstract (english)

In this thesis, the connection between the insert and representative model of monocoque chassis of the Formula Student car has been experimentally examined. It includes a brief description of the FSB Racing Team project which had construction and manufacturing of a monocoque chassis for the new car as one of its goals.The construction of inserts and the guidelines for the construction of a connection between insert and sandwich construction have been shown. Composite materials used in making such a chassis and inserts that represent the connection between the filling of sandwiches and other parts that are connected to the chassis and serve to transfer local loads to the supporting structure have been described. Static tests with a goal to determinate bending, tensile and compressive loads that lead to distortion of a composite sandwich construction were carried out on samples with aluminium honeycomb core and with aluminium alloy and beech plywood inserts. The displacement and strain field on the area of connection between the insert and composite sandwich structure was determined by a digital image correlation method using the Aramis optical measurement system.
