Abstract

Ovaj rad sastoji se od četiri dijela. U prvom dijelu dane su teorijske osnove odstupanja od kružnosti i objašnjeni su osnovni pojmovi vezani uz odstupanje od oblika. Ponuđen je pregled karakterističnih grešaka kružnosti koje se javljaju pri proizvodnji rotacijskih dijelova te je objašnjeno zbog čega pojedina pogreška nastaje. U drugom dijelu opisani su tipovi uređaja za mjerenje kružnosti metodom s vanjskom mjernom referencom i opisane su numeričke metode koje se koriste za računanje odstupanja od kružnosti. Zatim su obrađene metode koje se koriste za izdvajanje pogreške netočnosti vrtnje okretnog stola („Error separation“ metode) dok je poseban naglasak stavljen na „Reversal“ metodu za koju je izrađen i program za izračun odstupanja od kružnosti s uklonjenom greškom rotacije okretnog stola. Program i simulirani profil izrađeni su u programskom paketu „Matlab“.

U trećem dijelu opisan je eksperimentalni dio rada gdje su provedena mjerenja kružnosti na odabranom uzorku u skladu s „Reversal“ metodom. Sva potrebna mjerenja provedena su u Laboratoriju za precizna mjerenja dužina Fakulteta strojarstva i brodogradnje (LFSB) korištenjem sustava za mjerenje kružnosti MMQ3. Pomoću izrađenog programa za izračun podataka „Reversal error separation“ metode, dobiveno je odstupanje od kružnosti s eliminiranom pogreškom zbog netočnosti vrtnje okretnog stola. Posljednji dio sadrži analizu dobivenih podataka tijekom mjerenja i provedbe „Error separation“ metode te zaključak.

Abstract (english)

This paper consists of four parts. The first part gives the theoretical basis of out of roundness and the explanation of deviation from the form. An overview of typical circular errors occurring in the production of rotating parts is offered, explaining why each type of error occurs. Second part explains devices for measuring roundness with intrinsic datum method, which are used for out of roundness measurement. Then, error separation techniques that separate spindle error from part form error in roundness measurements are explained. Special emphasis is put on Reversal method for which the program that calculates out of roundness with spindle error removed was made. Program and simulated part profile were made in “Matlab”. Third part consists of experimental work, where roundness measurements were made on selected sample in accord with Reversal method. All measurements were made in Laboratory for Precise Measurement of Length (LFSB) of the Faculty of Mechanical Engineering and Naval Architecture. Device for measuring roundness MMQ3 was used for measurements. With written program for calculating Reversal error separation method, out of roundness measurement with removed spindle error, were collected. Last part contains analysis of collected data during measurements, implementation of Error separation method and conclusion
