Abstract

Tema ovog rada je analiza postojećih rješenja sustava za obradu nepravilnosti na tankim daskama te svih aktivnosti koje je potrebno provesti kako bi se neželjene nepravilnosti otklonile u cilju nastanka kvalitetnog proizvoda. Na osnovu navedene analize te pregleda aktualnih tehnologija u području obrade drveta izradit će se idejno rješenje novog sustava. U uvodnom dijelu kratko je predstavljena drvoprerađivačka industrija u Republici Hrvatskoj, skupa s postojećim problemima u proizvodnji te zahtjevima korisnika i kupaca. U drugom poglavlju predstavljeni su inteligentni sustavi za prepoznavanje grešaka na drvetu koji prepoznaju tipične nepravilnosti drveta primjenom laserske triangulacije, termografije i sličnih tehnologija koje koriste različite spektre elektromagnetskog zračenja. U trećem poglavlju su zatim predstavljena komercijalna rješenja sustava prepoznavanja grešaka drveta, gdje su izabrana i opisana četiri takva primjera. Punila za drvo koja su ključan dio pri konstruiranju ovakvog sustava, predstavljena su u četvrtom poglavlju. Izbor linearnih vodilica, kompletan pogonski sustav sa svih potrebnim komponentama i proračunom sila glodanja obradnog stroja opisan je redom u poglavljima 5, 6 i 7. Sustav za nanošenje punila je posebno opisan u osmom poglavlju. Zaključak u kojem se nalazi konačno konceptualno rješenje uređaja za sanaciju neprihvatljivih nepravilnosti kod tankih drvenih dasaka je dan u devetom poglavlju.

Abstract (english)

This thesis’ topic is based on existing solutions analysis for irregularities processing in thin wood planks altogether with all activities needed for a successful removal of these irregarities for the purposes of designing a high-quality product. Based on the conducted analysis and nowadays modern technology research in fields of wood processing industries, a new system will be designed and presented. In the introduction part, the wood processing industry in the Republic of Croatia has been briefly presented, altogether with existing problems in the production line itself and customer requirements. In the second chapter, the intelligent systems of wood irregularities recognition that spot typical wood flaws has been described. These systems use laser triangulation, thermography and other similar technologies based on using different spectra of electromagnetic radiation. In the third chapter, four existing commercially available systems have been presented. Wood fillers, which have a key role in designing process like this one have been presented in the fourth chapter. The selection of linear guides, complete powertrain with all key components and the calculation of needed milling forces has been shown in chapters five, six and seven. The filler applying system has been particularly described in chapter eight. The conclusion of the conceptual design of automatic device for detection and flaws reparation in thin wooden planks has been presented.
