Abstract
Tema ovog završnog rada je konstrukcijsko rješenje La Filière Unicum varijatora s zupčanicima te konusnim i cilindričnim tarenicama. Varijator prenosi snagu od 3 kW. Uvjet koji se mora zadovoljiti je ostvarivanje prijenosnog omjera od imin = 7 do imax = 9. Promjena prijenosnog omjera vrši se pomicanjem konusnih tarenica u odnosu na cilindrične što je omogućeno mehanizmom trapeznog vretena. Tijekom rada proveden je proračun konstrukcijskih elemenata koji su dio varijatora. Na kraju rješenje je predočeno modelom.
Abstract (english)
The subject of this final paper is the design solution of La Filière Unicum CVT with gears, conus and cylindrical wheels. Variator is estimated for power transmission of 3 kW. It is necessary to allow continuously change of speed ratio from 7 to 9. This is achieved by moving conus wheels in relation to cylindrical wheels which is performed by mechanism trapeze threaded spindle. Calculation of variator’s elements is given throughout this paper. In the end, solution is presented with model.
