Abstract

Zrakoplovna industrija se svakim danom sve više razvija, te je putovanje zrakoplovom postalo jedno od najsigurnijih i nabrţih načina putovanja. Teške metalne dijelove zrakoplova sve više zamjenjuju lakši materijali (polimeri,kompoziti...) s ciljem smanjenja mase, a time i potrošnje goriva čime i ukupnih troškova. To je jedan od razloga zašto se čelične kočnice zamjenjuju „ugljičnima“.

U ovom radu će se objasniti načini kočenja putničkog zrakoplova, te navesti i opisati dijelovi disk kočnica Airbusa A-320, uz njihovo servisiranje. TakoĎer će se objasniti utjecajni faktori na trošenje kočnica i prikazati istrošeni dijelovi, odnosno usporedba nove i istrošene kočnice.

Na kraju će se analizirati dostupni podaci o trošenju, na temelju kojih će se iznijeti zaključak.

Abstract (english)

The airline industry is growing more and more every day, and traveling by airplane has become one of the safest and fastest ways to travel. Heavy metal parts of the aircraft are increasingly replaced by lighter materials (polymers, composites...) in order to reduce weight and thus fuel consumption and the total costs. This is one of the reasons why the steel brakes are replaced with carbon.

This paper will explain the ways of passenger aircraft braking, and state and describe the parts of the Airbus A-320 disc brakes, along with their servicing. It will also explain the influential factors on brake wear and display worn parts, that is, comparison of the new and worn brakes.

Available data on wear will be analyzed at the end, on the basis of which will be presented conclusion.
