Abstract

Težište ovog rada je na DSM metodi upravljanja kompleksnim sustavima, njenim mogućnostima u industrijskoj primjeni i algoritmima koji se primjenjuju u toj metodi.

Kako bi se razumjela potreba za razvijanjem i primjenom DSM i sličnih metoda, prvi dio rada obrađuje kompleksne sustava. Objašnjeni su izvori kompleksnosti, koja su svojstva kompleksnih sustava i zašto je nužno moći kontrolirati kompleksnost spomenutim metodama.

U drugom dijelu rada dane su osnove DSM metode, vrste i tipovi... More matrica koji se koriste te je dan kratki povijesni pregled. Potom su prikazani algoritmi kojima se vrši reorganizacija elemenata matrice.

U posljednjem dijelu rada prikazana je praktična upotreba DSM metode na strojevima za iskop i transport rudače ugljena. Dan je opis strojeva, napravljena je funkcijska dekompozicija stroja i odabrani su parametri koji ulaze u DSM analizu. Abstract (english)

This master's thesis is mainly concerned on Design Structure Matrix as a method for complexity management, its appliability in industrial field and algorithms which are used in DSM method.

For a purphose of better understanding why complexity management methods has major role ni design and product development, first chapter deals with origins of complexity and behaviour of complex systems, and why complexity must be controlled.

Second chapter represents fundamentals of DSM method,... More short history brief is given and types of matrices used in DSM are explained. Also, algorithms for matrix reorganization are explained.

Last chapter gives example of practical industrial usage of DSM on stackers and reclaimers for transport and excavation od coal ore. Functional decomposition for these machines is made and through it, main parameters are recognized which enters DSM analysis.
