Abstract

Zadatak ovog diplomskog rada bio je opisati postupak taložnog očvršćivanja uz navođenje prednosti i nedostataka, te provesti istraživanje na području izrade raznih ispitnih pločica za određivanje kvalitete tvorevina načinjenih aditivnim postupcima.
Za izradu ispitnih pločica primijenjen je 3D pisač, Makerbot Replicator 2X.

U diplomskom radu opisan je postupak izrade tvorevina aditivnim postupkom taložnog očvršćivanja te su prikazana svojstva materijala koji se upotrebljava u navedenom postupku. Dani su parametri prerade uz najčešće pogreške koje se događaju prilikom izrade tvorevina te savjeti kako se mogu iste greške izbjeći. Nadalje u radu opisane su ispitne pločice za aditivne postupke s uputama i savjetima kako konstruirati iste.

Na samostalno izrađenim ispitnim pločicama uspješno je izvršena procjena dimenzijske stabilnosti i ponovljivosti rezultata.

Abstract (english)

The aim of this thesis is to describe the process of fused deposition modeling – FDM by listing the advantages and disadvantages as well as to conduct research in the field of designing and production of various test plates for testing the quality of the product made with fused deposition modeling.

For the production of test plates it is used a 3D printer Makerbot Replicator 2X.

Firstly, the thesis describes the process, materials properties and processing parameters of fused deposition modeling. Secondly, it provides the most common mistakes while making the product and the advice how to avoid them. In the end, it depicts the test plates for additive manufacturing along with instructions and the advice for their design.

In the experimental part of this work the evaluation of dimensional accuracy and repeatability of results is done on new test plate.
