Abstract
U prvom dijelu rada opisani su uvjeti korozijske postojanosti čelika i čeličnih ljevova, metode obrade površine čelika i čeličnih ljevova te mehanizmi korozije koji uobičajeno zahvaćaju nehrđajuće čelike i čelične ljevove. Definirani su čelični ljevovi i nehrđajući čelični ljevovi. Objašnjen je utjecaj legirnih elemenata u nehrđajućim čeličnim ljevovima, a zatim je opisana podjela korozijski postojanih čeličnih ljevova. U drugom, eksperimentalnom dijelu rada provedena je analiza kemijskog sastava, analiza mikrostrukture te ispitivanje utjecaja stanja površine na otpornost na rupičastu koroziju nehrđajućeg dupleks čeličnog lijeva. Na temelju rezultata analize kemijskog sastava zaključeno je kako je ispitivani materijal nehrđajući dupleks čelični lijev oznake EN GX2CrNiMoN 26-7-4. Mikrostruktura lijeva sastoji se od 51 % ferita i 49 % austenita. Mikrotvrdoća ispitivanog lijeva iznosi ~ 353 HV0,2. Otpornost na rupičastu koroziju ispitana je na tri grupe uzoraka s različito obrađenim površinama – pjeskarenom, brušenom i poliranom. Na temelju rezultata ispitivanja može se zaključiti da stanje površine ima značajan utjecaj na korozijsku postojanost nehrđajućeg dupleks čeličnog lijeva. Polirani uzorci pokazali su najveću otpornost na pojavu rupičaste korozije. Najmanja otpornost i najveći gubitak mase pri ispitivanju otpornosti na rupičastu koroziju uočena je kod uzoraka s pjeskarenom površinom.
Abstract (english)
The first part of this paper is dealing with defining the requirements for corrosion resistance of stainless steels, stainless steels surface treatment methods and most common stainless steels corrosion mechanisms. Futhermore, cast steels and stainless steel castings are described. The effect of alloying elements is explained, as well as classification of stainless steel castings. Second, experimental part of the paper is focused on the analysis of chemical composition, analysis of microstructure and examining the effect of surface finish on resistance to pitting corrosion. Based on the results of analysis of chemical composition, it was concluded that the examined specimen is duplex stainless steel casting grade EN GX2CrNiMoN 26-7-4. Microstructure of this casting consists of 51 % ferrite and 49 % austenite. Microhardness of examined sample is ~ 353 HV0,2. Three groups of samples, each one with a diferent surface finish – sand blasted, grinded and polished, were examined for their resistance to pitting corrosion. Based on the test results, it can be concluded that surface finish has a great influence on corrosion resistance of duplex stainless steel casting. Polished specimens indicated the best resistance to pitting corrosion. The worst resistance to pitting corrosion and the highest weight loss were observed with sand blasted samples.
