Abstract

U ovom radu je eksperimentalno i numerički ispitana biomehanička stabilnost osteosinteze s dvije rekonstruktivne pločice bez zaključavanja u paralelnoj konfiguraciji, dvije LCP pločice u paralelnoj konfiguraciji i s novokonstruiranom Y pločicom na zaključavanje. Za provedbu eksperimentalnog ispitivanja koristili su se umjetni osteoporotični modeli kosti distalnog humerusa s ekstraartikularnim prijelomom u području distalne dijafize. Eksperimentalnim ispitivanjima određeni su pomaci koštanih ulomaka na mjestu prijeloma pomoću bezkontaktnog optičkog mjernog sustava Aramis. Prije eksperimentalnog ispitivanja provedeno je numeričko ispitivanje u programskom paketu Abaqus s ciljem odabira konfiguracija rekonstrukcijskih pločica za kontrolni model i ispitivanje utjecaja oblika frakturne pukotine na pomake koštanih ulomaka.

Abstract (english)

In this study, biomechanical stability of osteosynthesis with non-locking and locking plates for distal humerus in static and cyclic loading was tested. Artificial distal humerus bone models with two reconstructive non-locking plates in paralel configuration, two LCP plates in paralel configuration and newly designed Y plate were used for experimental tests. At the site of the fracture, displacements of bone fragments were measured using the non-contact optical measuring system Aramis. Before experimental, numerical tests were carried out to select the configuration of reconstructive plates for control models and test impact of the fracture shape on bone fragments displacements.
